NxtGen MFG LLC provides manufacturing engineering, CNC programming, design, manufacturing support, software and automation services. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are set in individual statements of work or quotations.

Site content is owned by NxtGen MFG LLC unless explicitly attributed. Client deliverables are governed by the relevant signed agreement.

3. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential. We sign NDAs on request.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, NxtGen MFG LLC's liability arising from use of this site is limited to the maximum extent permissible.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
