Concept to finished part, engineered for manufacture.

What we do

CAD model alongside the finished machined part, showing the concept to production arc

We take engineered products from concept through design to manufacture, for clients who need a bespoke product built properly rather than just drawn.

The work runs from requirements and CAD through prototyping to production handover, with manufacturability designed in from the start, not bolted on at the end.

// FAQ

Product design questions.

What does "concept to finished part" actually cover?

The full arc: requirements and concept, CAD and design for manufacture, prototyping and validation, then production handover and ongoing supply. One engineering team across the whole path.

Do you make the parts yourselves or through partners?

We design in-house and manufacture through our qualified partner network, the same accountable model as our subcontract work. We own the spec and the outcome from concept to delivery.

What does "design for manufacture from the outset" mean in practice?

We engineer manufacturability in from the first design decisions, tolerances, material, process, and cost, so the product is built efficiently rather than redesigned late when problems surface on the floor.

Can you take on just the design, or just the build?

Yes. We can run the whole path or pick it up at any stage, whether you need design, a prototype, or production of an existing design.
