What does "concept to finished part" actually cover?
The full arc: requirements and concept, CAD and design for manufacture, prototyping and validation, then production handover and ongoing supply. One engineering team across the whole path.
Do you make the parts yourselves or through partners?
Design and engineering are in-house. Additive prototypes and suitable polymer production components are manufactured directly by NxtGen on our own FDM printers. CNC machining and other specialist processes continue through our qualified partner network, with NxtGen managing the specification, manufacturing process and agreed quality requirements.
What does "design for manufacture from the outset" mean in practice?
We engineer manufacturability in from the first design decisions, tolerances, material, process, and cost, so the product is built efficiently rather than redesigned late when problems surface on the floor.
Can you take on just the design, or just the build?
Yes. We can run the whole path or pick it up at any stage, whether you need design, a prototype, or production of an existing design.
