Mark and Samantha each bring more than 25 years in manufacturing, with backgrounds across the aerospace, defense, and nuclear sectors. They have worked together since 2013. NxtGen MFG LLC was founded in 2025 to bring that experience to US manufacturers directly.
Mark Hyde, CTO, leads the technical and manufacturing work and is the engineering face of the business. Samantha Hyde co-owns the company and leads marketing through NxtGen Creative.
