What we do
We design in SolidWorks and NX, and program in Mastercam (our preferred CAM), HyperMill, Fusion 360, and EdgeCAM. We help shops pick and implement the right setup for the work in front of them. Where a job needs a custom post processor, we arrange it through our software partners.
CAMAssist brings AI-assisted CAM to Fusion 360, and as an authorized CloudNC distributor in the US we get it into your workflow and support the rollout.

Which CAD and CAM platforms does NxtGen MFG work in?

Can you write custom post processors?
We arrange custom post processors through our software partners rather than writing them in-house, so the post is built and supported by the people who maintain the platform.
What is CAMAssist, and do I need it?
CAMAssist is CloudNC's AI-assisted CAM product for Fusion 360. It completes a large share of CAM programming in minutes. NxtGen MFG is an authorized US distributor, so we can demonstrate it, supply licenses, and support the rollout if it fits your work.
Do you offer training, or only programming?
Both. We program parts for you and we train your programmers and operators on the platforms you run, so the capability stays in your shop.
