The engineering team your shop can't justify hiring full time. CAD/CAM, fixturing, subcontract programs, custom software, and shop-floor AI for US manufacturers who need real engineering capability without adding headcount. We build what we recommend, not just advise on it.
Six capabilities, one engineering team. US-owned, Florida-based. We build the software we recommend.
Capabilities
NxtGen is an engineering-led company, so every capability below is backed by people who program the machines, design the fixtures, and write the software.
- CAD/CAM Programming and Services: SolidWorks, NX, Mastercam, and Fusion 360. Programming, training, and implementation, with CAMAssist for AI-assisted CAM in Fusion 360.
- Workholding and Fixture Design: Custom fixture design and straight advice on what to buy and how to deploy it.
- Subcontract Manufacturing: Precision machining and inspection through a qualified partner network, with our engineers owning the spec and the outcome.
- Custom Software and SaaS: ModuSys, our multi-tenant manufacturing ERP, plus custom production software built through NxtGen Creative.
- AI and Automation: Custom dashboards, AI drawing and spec analysis, and shop-floor data made visible.
- Product Design and Manufacturing: Concept to finished part, engineered for manufacture.
Partners
CAMAssist, from CloudNC, is the AI-assisted CAM platform we deploy in Fusion 360. NxtGen MFG is an authorized US distributor for Fusion 360 and Siemens NX. We arrange demonstrations, supply licenses, and support implementation. CAMAssist completes up to 80% of CAM programming work in minutes.
